This 910,000+ sq. ft. medical campus spans approximately 34 acres in Louisville, KY, and includes a new hospital facility, a 1,300-space parking structure, a 42,000 sq. ft. central utility plant, and full site infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, and other site enhancements.
The hospital is comprised of two primary structures—east and west wings—connected by a central concourse with an open, atrium-style design. The east wing rises six stories and houses reception areas, administrative offices, and 104 inpatient beds. The west wing, extending eight stories including a basement level, accommodates critical services such as emergency care, imaging, surgery, outpatient treatment, shipping and receiving, and behavioral health.
