This project involves the construction of a 12-story Wexford Drexel Health Sciences Building (HSB), situated within Wexford's uCity development in West Philadelphia. It includes two levels of MEP Penthouse, resulting in a total of 494,688 sq. ft. The design, a collaborative effort between Ballinger and Drexel, was developed with close input from the end-user faculty. This building serves as the new home for both the College of Medicine, which has been centralized within the HSB, and the College of Nursing and Health Professionals. The facility comprises 178,500 sq. ft. of classroom space, 98,700 sq. ft. of office/support space, and 87,000 sq. ft. of lab/simulation space.

SourceBlue provided an overall buyout savings of $150,000 for the casework on the project.
