This project introduces a fresh 17-story high-rise on a 28,792-square-foot site within the First Hill neighborhood. The new building encompasses 256,215 square feet of residential space, accommodating 369 units and 4,100 square feet of retail on the first level. Below grade, there's a partial level designated as B1, serving as back-of-house space with ten staff parking spots. Levels 2 to 5 are exclusively allocated to Plymouth housing units for formerly homeless seniors, while levels 6 to 17 are designated for Bellwether affordable housing units. The 17th level is partly divided between amenity spaces and affordable units.
