This $300 million soccer-specific stadium in Cincinnati’s West End was designed to bring fans closer to the action. With a seating capacity of 26,000, the venue features some of Major League Soccer’s closest sightlines—just 15 feet from the pitch. The stadium also delivers a premium spectator experience, offering 53 suites and 4,500 premium seats across four exclusive club spaces.
SourceBlue delivered over $500,000 in total savings—cutting 25% from the original budget by strategically sourcing key materials and introducing cost-effective product alternatives. A major value-engineering success came from identifying a remote driver lighting solution that eliminated the need for catwalks, improving both safety and long-term maintenance access. SourceBlue also recommended a best-value flooring option by comparing multiple manufacturers, ensuring optimal performance without compromising budget. To support an efficient build, the team coordinated just-in-time deliveries through local warehousing, helping streamline logistics and reduce site congestion.
