The Denver Flight Training Facility, spanning 23 acres with six buildings totaling over 400,000 square feet, underwent renovations. These enhancements involved redesigning office and classroom layouts, upgrading building systems including the roof, HVAC, lighting, and bathrooms to accommodate new flight simulators. After completion, the facility now houses 33 full-flight simulators (16 new/relocated), 13 fixed training devices (FTDs), and room for three additional FTDs. The renovated space sets a new industry standard, offering a modern, efficient center aimed at providing top-tier training for elite pilots.
A cleanroom upgrade project focuses on improving cleanliness and operational efficiency through enhancements in gowning, air shower systems, power and gas delivery, and equipment relocation in a 4,000 sq. ft. space.
