Richard Bach
Senior Vice President, Global
Rick Bach serves as the Senior Vice President at SourceBlue's Global Division. In this role, Rick spearheads the company's growth globally. He leverages our global footprint to enable clients to benefit from established strategic relationships with leading domestic and global manufacturers to drive certainty, efficiency, innovation, and collaboration   

With a tenure at Turner since 1982, Rick has navigated various roles beginning in New York and has been stationed in San Diego since 2003. His responsibilities included providing oversight for Turner's San Diego and Arizona markets, managing diverse project types spanning life science, commercial, education, public, and aviation sectors.

Chris Killian
Senior Vice President, North America
Chris Killian is Senior Vice President at SourceBlue, North America. Chris focuses on strategic growth in our core business and expansion of our capabilities and services offerings across market segments. Chris is also focused on establishing the long-term vision and culture of SourceBlue while also ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Chris initially joined Turner's Seattle Special Projects Division in 1994 as an office clerk and later rejoined the company in 2000 after completing his master's degree at the University of Washington.  Chris progressed through various roles, including engineering assistant, engineer, and project manager for the Special Projects Division, earning promotions to positions in business development and senior project management. By 2012, Chris had advanced to area manager and subsequently became the manager of the Special Projects Division in 2013. His leadership journey culminated in his appointment as Vice President and General Manager of Turner Seattle in 2015 before assuming his current role at SourceBlue.

Frank Yozzo
Vice President, General Manager, North America
Frank Yozzo serves as the Vice President and General Manager for SourceBlue, North America. He takes great pride in developing teams and people, exceeding the expectations of his clients, and developing strategic planning to ensure the long-term success of SourceBlue.

Frank’s knowledge base spans 31 years of industry experience.  Frank began his 25-year career with Turner as a Superintendent in NYC, working his way up to a Project Manager before starting his tenure in procurement.  Frank grew from Procurement Agent to Chief Procurement Agent and then to VP and Regional Procurement Manager before expanding his responsibilities and taking on his current role with SourceBlue.

Sean Crockett
Vice President, General Manager, Global
Sean serves as the Vice President and General Manager at SourceBlue's Global Division. With 26 years of industry experience, including 8 years with Clark Builders, Sean brings a wealth of expertise to his new role at SourceBlue Global, positioning him to drive forward the company's global initiatives.  

As an executive project development leader during his role at Clark Builders, Sean worked closely with teams to facilitate RFP processes, bid submissions, and Prime Contract negotiations for a wide array of client projects within commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal sectors. Drawing upon his extensive background in resource-based industries such as agri-foods, oil and gas, alternative energies, forestry, and mining, Sean provided invaluable insights to address project site requirements and navigate associated community, Indigenous, and economic impacts.

Amy Ignatosky
Vice President, Operations
With over 21 years of dedicated experience in the industry, Amy serves as the Vice President, Operations for SourceBlue.  In this capacity, she oversees the comprehensive business operations of the Enterprise Business Managers across the country.

Amy's proactive approach extends beyond internal operations, fostering robust relationships with a diverse array of suppliers. Her expert management ensures that clients receive top-tier attention and competitive pricing, drawing on her deep industry connections. This commitment not only drives project success but also highlights her dedication to delivering unparalleled value and exceptional service to SourceBlue’s clients.

Joe Barber
Vice President, New Business
Joe Barber, the Vice President, New Business for SourceBlue, brings over 24 years of experience in the supply chain industry. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, he leads his team to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. 

Joe's expertise in strategic sales, relationship building, and supply chain optimization has positioned him as a trusted leader in the field. His results-driven approach and commitment to innovation ensure that SourceBlue continues to exceed client expectations and achieve long-term success. He offers executive oversight and empowers his team with expert guidance as they navigate pre-purchase and direct procurement strategies. 

Joe began his career with Turner Construction in 2000 working in various field operations assignments on multiple healthcare and data center projects. In 2011, Joe transitioned to SourceBlue with increasing responsibility across the organization, including starting up operational offices across Canada and championing healthy business growth throughout SourceBlue’s Mid-North, Mid-South, and Great Lakes regions. In 2022, Joe was promoted to Vice President, Enterprise Business Manager focusing on Large, complex and strategic projects and Client programs.   In 2024, Joe was promoted to Vice President, New Business.

Purvesh Shah
Vice President, Global Sourcing
Purvesh spearheads the strategic sourcing of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as architectural materials, on a global scale. Holding an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, he brings over 20 years of diverse experience across both large and small organizations, with a strong focus on sourcing and supply chain management. Purvesh's deep industry expertise and leadership enable him to drive efficient, cost-effective sourcing strategies that meet the evolving needs of his clients and stakeholders.

Edgar Salazar
Vice President, Senior Enterprise Business Manager
In March 2021, Edgar transitioned to the role of SourceBlue's Enterprise Business Manager for the South Central Region. As of January 2023, he has been promoted to Vice President, Enterprise Business Manager, extending his oversight to include the Chicago area while maintaining his responsibilities in the South Central Region. 

Edgar has dedicated a decade to Turner, spending the last five years with SourceBlue. Prior to joining Turner, he spent 17 years of invaluable experience at a plumbing and HVAC subcontractor, where he honed his expertise in the trades. Edgar’s background equips him with unparalleled insight into field application and constructability.
