Our executive leadership team is made up of seasoned construction and supply chain industry veterans who share a collective vision for quality, honesty, and transparency. They use that vision to create a culture that leverages the strengths of our people while delivering operational excellence to our clients and our communities.
Chris initially joined Turner's Seattle Special Projects Division in 1994 as an office clerk and later rejoined the company in 2000 after completing his master's degree at the University of Washington. Chris progressed through various roles, including engineering assistant, engineer, and project manager for the Special Projects Division, earning promotions to positions in business development and senior project management. By 2012, Chris had advanced to area manager and subsequently became the manager of the Special Projects Division in 2013. His leadership journey culminated in his appointment as Vice President and General Manager of Turner Seattle in 2015 before assuming his current role at SourceBlue.
CloseAs an executive project development leader during his role at Clark Builders, Sean worked closely with teams to facilitate RFP processes, bid submissions, and Prime Contract negotiations for a wide array of client projects within commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal sectors. Drawing upon his extensive background in resource-based industries such as agri-foods, oil and gas, alternative energies, forestry, and mining, Sean provided invaluable insights to address project site requirements and navigate associated community, Indigenous, and economic impacts.
CloseFrank’s knowledge base spans 31 years of industry experience. Frank began his 25-year career with Turner as a Superintendent in NYC, working his way up to a Project Manager before starting his tenure in procurement. Frank grew from Procurement Agent to Chief Procurement Agent and then to VP and Regional Procurement Manager before expanding his responsibilities and taking on his current role with SourceBlue.
CloseWith a tenure at Turner since 1982, Rick has navigated various roles beginning in New York and has been stationed in San Diego since 2003. His responsibilities included providing oversight for Turner's San Diego and Arizona markets, managing diverse project types spanning life science, commercial, education, public, and aviation sectors.

CloseJoe began his career with Turner Construction in 2000 working in various field operations assignments on multiple healthcare and data center projects. In 2011 Joe transitioned to SourceBlue with increasing responsibility across the organization including starting up operational offices across Canada and championing the healthy business growth throughout SourceBlue’s Mid-North, Mid-South and Great Lakes regions. In 2022, Joe was promoted to Vice President Enterprise Business Manager focusing on Large, complex and strategic projects and Client programs.

Prior to joining Turner, he spent 17 years of invaluable experience at a plumbing and HVAC subcontractor, where he honed his expertise in the trades.
