SourceBlue provided supply chain management and procurement services for the Woodlawn Residential and Dining Commons, a facility comprising four residential towers in Hyde Park totaling 1,309 beds. These towers consist of three seven-story structures and one sixteen-story tower, all situated on a single-story base level. The ground floor amenities encompass kitchen and dining spaces, versatile rooms, a music room, fitness facilities, package and laundry amenities, staff apartments, and utility areas. Additionally, the project encompasses a terrace equipped with patio furniture and grills, a designated bike parking section, communal areas for residents, double passenger elevators, and laundry amenities.
A cleanroom upgrade project focuses on improving cleanliness and operational efficiency through enhancements in gowning, air shower systems, power and gas delivery, and equipment relocation in a 4,000 sq. ft. space.
