This project involves the development of the 15 McGrath Highway tower for DLJ / Leggat McCall Properties in Somerville, MA. The planned 250,000 sq. ft. structure will consist of nine above-grade stories, as well as an additional single-story penthouse. The tower will also incorporate four levels of underground parking, utilizing a slurry wall foundation system. The project presents logistical complexities due to its proximity to the concurrent MBTA Green Line Extension project.
A cleanroom upgrade project focuses on improving cleanliness and operational efficiency through enhancements in gowning, air shower systems, power and gas delivery, and equipment relocation in a 4,000 sq. ft. space.
