The Office and R&D Lab project was a significant undertaking that involved converting an existing warehouse building into a 155,000 sq. ft. facility.
The project encompassed several key elements, including research and development areas, support staff workspace, shared collaboration and support spaces, a mock surgical suite, R&D Labs equipped with parts washers and autoclave machines, and employee lounges and a cafe.
Overall, the Office and R&D Lab project was an exciting and comprehensive endeavor that aimed to create a cutting-edge facility that fostered innovation, collaboration, and productivity.
