The 800 Columbia Residential Tower is a uniquely designed 30-story structure set to house 271 luxury condominiums and 197 underground parking spaces. Situated in Seattle's vibrant First Hill neighborhood, it offers convenient access to highways and public transportation, connecting residents to employment centers, shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Seattle and the broader Seattle region. This tower will showcase premium details, with an exterior adorned in stone, glass, and steel, while its interiors will feature elegant hardwood floors and kitchens equipped with European-crafted cabinetry and high-end appliances.
A cleanroom upgrade project focuses on improving cleanliness and operational efficiency through enhancements in gowning, air shower systems, power and gas delivery, and equipment relocation in a 4,000 sq. ft. space.
