11W, situated in downtown Portland's West End, is a 24-story mixed-use high-rise covering 500,000 sq. ft. It offers 4.5 levels of underground parking. This LEED (Homes) Platinum structure boasts two lobbies that divide office, residential tenants, and retail spaces. The building comprises six floors of office space and 17 floors of residential apartments, totaling 214 units, including junior and mega penthouse suites. The design of 11W emphasizes collaborative and innovative spaces and a welcoming environment to live and relax.
A cleanroom upgrade project focuses on improving cleanliness and operational efficiency through enhancements in gowning, air shower systems, power and gas delivery, and equipment relocation in a 4,000 sq. ft. space.
