Rob Benson has joined SourceBlue as Vice President, Client Direct Sales. In this new role, Rob will develop and lead the efforts for SourceBlue to pursue client direct sales for future growth. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience in both large and small companies focused on sales and operations.
Implementation Managers - Driving Alignment and Delivery Excellence: Implementation Managers are focused on aligning, coordinating, and overseeing our efforts in project delivery and supply chain execution. Their leadership will ensure greater consistency, visibility, and accountability in how we deliver projects across all regions.
Preconstruction Leads – Standardizing and Elevating Upfront Engagement: To further reinforce the importance of early project engagement, we are establishing Preconstruction Leads for each Business Center. These leaders will drive standardization across our preconstruction activities, ensuring synergy between teams, elevating our upfront planning, and strengthening our client interactions.
