SourceBlue established a unified procurement strategy for critical power infrastructure packages before design completion, enabling early market engagement, improved supply chain visibility, and proactive procurement planning. By leveraging strong OEM relationships and technical expertise, the team validated manufacturing capacity, secured alignment with long-lead equipment availability, and reduced procurement risk across multiple phases of development.

SourceBlue supported a confidential multi-phase power infrastructure and data center development in the U.S. southwest region, spanning approximately 3,800 acres with a projected generation capacity exceeding 5 GW. The program includes extensive high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure designed to support phased campus expansion and long-term scalability. SourceBlue partnered with the project team to develop procurement and execution strategies that aligned with aggressive growth objectives and complex infrastructure requirements.

Through integrated program management, commercial strategy, technical leadership, and procurement coordination, SourceBlue helped position the project for successful phased energization and future expansion. Early vendor engagement and schedule alignment supported delivery confidence for critical equipment while creating a scalable procurement framework capable of supporting one of the largest planned power and data center developments in the region.
