The project includes the upgrade of a 4,000-square-foot cleanroom within an existing facility to improve classification levels and overall performance. Enhancements include the addition of a gowning room, air shower, and pass-through systems, along with power and gas delivery upgrades, ESD flooring installation, and equipment relocation. The modernization aligns the space with current industry standards while improving operational efficiency.
Recognizing that permanent power and equipment startup were critical to the project schedule, SourceBlue proactively leveraged national and local vendor relationships to improve production lead times. By closely tracking factory capacity and acting on favorable market conditions, the team streamlined equipment procurement and accelerated permanent power deployment.
As a result, equipment startup and commissioning began earlier than planned, enabling the cleanroom to be turned over six weeks ahead of schedule.
